Coordination Council on Logistics

The Coordination Council on Logistics, known as CCL, is a Russian logistics consultancy founded in 1997 and based in Moscow. It designs warehouses and supply chains for retailers, distributors and manufacturers, running supply chain audits, KPI benchmarking, network modelling and digital simulation of warehouse processes. Over twenty-five years it has delivered around 280 projects for clients including Siemens, Gazprom Neft, Lukoil, Miratorg and Petrovich, and it supports customers through implementation after the design stage.
