American Physical Society

American Physical Society is a non-profit professional organization and scholarly publisher that advances and promotes the practice of physics. It publishes the Physical Review family of journals (including Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, and Reviews of Modern Physics), runs open-access publishing initiatives, organizes scientific meetings and conferences for specialized physics communities, provides member services to over 50,000 physicists worldwide, and advocates on behalf of the physics research and education enterprise.
