Certified EO

Certified EO is a certification and services organisation for employee-owned companies, based in Richmond, Virginia, that verifies employee ownership and helps member firms find, educate and engage their employee owners. It runs a certification programme, a directory of employee-owned businesses, a job board and educational content, and says its members save about 120 hours a year through the service. Its members include ESOP companies, worker cooperatives and employee ownership trusts across the US, which use the certification mark to promote their ownership model to customers and recruits.
