Owned by the University of Southern California, the network launched in 2023, introduced unified programming in 2025 and originates programs from studios in Los Angeles and San Francisco, with transmitters stretching from Palm Springs to the Ukiah area. Listener memberships, sponsorships and donations support the network, which also offers streams, on-demand programs, a mobile app, live concert broadcasts and the listener-voted Ultimate 101 countdown.
