CONNECTEC JAPAN develops and commercializes MonsterPAC assembly technology for electronic devices, enabling ultralow-temperature (80–170°C) and low-load bonding processes. Their Monster Desk Top Factory and MonsterPAC solutions reduce manufacturing process steps to roughly one tenth of conventional methods and expand material choices for IoT devices, sensors and advanced electronics.
