David Joseph grew out of the realization that many organizations lack the in-house capacity to pursue and manage public sector clients effectively, despite providing ideal products for government buyers. Unlike private sector buyers, government procurement patterns aren't driven to maximize revenue, but to implement policies which support citizens. As a result, companies that are familiar with supplying products to profit-driven organizations need separate, dedicated divisions in their organization that will orient themselves towards public sector considerations.
