Everclear, formerly Connext, operates a clearing layer that nets cross-chain rebalancing flows between market makers and bridges. Instead of moving every transfer individually, it offsets opposing flows and settles only the difference. The protocol is used by bridges, solvers and liquidity providers to lower rebalancing costs.
