Grenade

Grenade is a British sports nutrition brand that makes high-protein bars, bottled protein shakes, protein spreads and supplements such as creatine, selling online and through supermarkets, convenience stores and gyms. Founded in 2010, the brand was acquired by Mondelez International in 2021 and now releases co-branded products such as Grenade OREO protein bars and protein powder. Its range also includes soft core protein bars, Thermo Detonator and Black Ops weight-management products and BCAA supplements, and its online shop runs a members loyalty programme with collectables and an outlet section.
