It belongs to the Luxembourg-based Ikano Group, founded in 1988 and owned by the Kamprad family that founded IKEA, which employs about 8,000 people in 10 countries across real estate, production, insurance and retail. Openings span store sales associates, kitchen production and goods flow leaders, furniture assemblers and B2B specialists, plus regional roles in cloud engineering, automation, loyalty marketing, tax and shipping.
