Overview
]init[ is a German digital services company headquartered in Berlin that builds digital platforms, portals and communication solutions for federal ministries, public administration, healthcare and other clients. It employs more than 1,400 people at seven locations in Germany, merged with the healthcare IT firm HBSN in July 2026, and has delivered projects such as the DiPlanung planning platform, the EinfachMachen bureaucracy-reduction portal and the BärGPT administrative AI for Berlin. It hires system engineers and architects, frontend and AI engineers, UX designers, project and service managers, sales and account managers and working students.
