Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is a Japanese ramen restaurant chain in the US, operated by Kizuki International LLC from its corporate office in Redmond, Washington, and known for scratch-made broths made by roasting bones before boiling. The same company also runs the Supreme Dumplings xiao long bao restaurants and the Tang Bar malatang concept, with more than 20 restaurants and at least four central kitchens in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Illinois, Indiana and Hawaii. It hires line cooks, bartenders, chefs and kitchen and general managers for its restaurants, plus corporate roles in finance, accounting, marketing, training, facilities and warehouse distribution.
