Niipigrad

Niipigrad, officially the Research and Project Institute of Urban Planning of the Moscow Region, is a state-owned urban planning organization based in Moscow that was established in 1972. The institute specializes in the development of regional master plans, land use and development regulations, transport infrastructure schemes, and comprehensive architectural and urban planning concepts. Operating as a subordinate entity of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow Region, the organization employs over 300 specialists and has completed more than 5,000 projects across 20 Russian regions.
