Roast

Founded in 2010, ROAST (operated by ImmaStar Company LLC) is a specialty coffee roasting, e-commerce, and retail enterprise. Headquartered in Minsk, Belarus, the company specializes in freshly roasted whole-bean coffee, single-origin micro-lots, espresso blends, drip coffee bags, specialty teas, syrups, plant-based milk, and professional brewing accessories and equipment. By combining in-house roasting operations - utilizing both convection and traditional drum roasters - with direct sourcing, online e-commerce fulfillment, and a chain of branded coffee shops, the organization enables retail consumers, office clients, and foodservice venues across Belarus to access freshly processed specialty coffee, customized grinds, and barista supplies.
