Overview
Sizewell C is the company building a new nuclear power station at Sizewell on the Suffolk coast of England, where two EPR reactors are planned to supply low-carbon electricity for around six million homes. The project reached a final investment decision in 2025 with the UK government as the largest shareholder alongside EDF and other investors, and its construction is expected to involve more than 2,000 UK businesses and support 70,000 jobs. Construction-phase openings span project and commercial managers, site and quality engineers, surveyors, planners, bus and HGV drivers and apprentices, many advertised through the EDF jobs service it shares with the Hinkley Point project.
