SK siltron is a silicon wafer manufacturer founded in 1983 and headquartered in Gumi. It is one of the few global suppliers of three hundred millimetre polished and epitaxial wafers used in advanced chip fabrication. The company also produces silicon carbide wafers for power semiconductors after acquiring a United States business.
