Space Dynamics Laboratory is a nonprofit research laboratory based in North Logan, Utah, owned by the Utah State University Research Foundation, that designs and builds spacecraft sensors, small satellites, calibration systems and airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Founded in 1959 and designated a University Affiliated Research Center by the US Department of Defense, it works for the Missile Defense Agency, NASA, the Air Force and other government customers. It hires electrical, mechanical, optical, software and systems engineers, physicists, technicians and program managers.
