Space Power Technologies

Space Power Technologies develops microwave wireless power transmission systems to deliver remote power to sensors, display terminals and personal electronics, including solutions that use the 24 GHz microwave band for smartphones, laptops, smartwatches and AR/VR devices. Its technology is based on research by Dr. Shinohara of Kyoto University and is aimed primarily at factory automation and edge-device applications where mains power is unavailable, such as undeveloped areas, disaster sites and outer space.
