Third Sphere

Third Sphere is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on climate technology. It backs seed and early-stage founders building software and hardware that decarbonize energy, transportation, buildings, industry and other high-emission sectors, often among the first institutional investors in a company. The firm is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and grew out of the Powerhouse climate tech community, which began its venture investing in the mid-2010s.
