Thredbo is an alpine ski and summer resort in Kosciuszko National Park in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, operating lifts, ski runs, mountain bike and hiking trails, lodging and the village of Thredbo near Jindabyne. It has the longest ski runs in Australia, sells winter season passes, and is owned by the Sydney-based EVT group, which also runs Event Cinemas and hotel brands such as Rydges, QT and Atura.
