WAKAZE is a Japanese sake brewery founded in 2016 that aims to globalize sake by producing contemporary and locally brewed variants for international markets. Since 2019 the company has operated a microbrewery in Paris and creates innovative products such as French sake, botanical sake and doburoku alongside traditional sake styles. Headquartered in Tokyo with operations in France, WAKAZE works to expand sake culture by enabling sake to be brewed and enjoyed around the world.
