operations for a multi-station radio cluster\nOversee maintenance and performance of studio and transmitter facilities\nPlan and execute capital improvement projects and technical upgrades\nEnsure full compliance with FCC rules and regulations\nPartner with market leadership to communicate technical needs and solutions\nProvide on-call and after-hours technical support as needed\nTroubleshoot RF systems and broadcast infrastructure issues\nSupport end users with IT/helpdesk needs across systems and networks\nWhat You Bring\nExtensive experience in radio and/or television engineering\nStrong expertise in RF systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting\nProven experience with studio operations, network syndication, and broadcast systems\nWorking knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure\nExperience with WideOrbit Radio Automation (preferred)\nDemonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and manage projects effectively\nSBE Certification (a plus)\nValid
