office of diverse people.\nResponsibilities\nProcess bill invoices, including subsequent changes.\nProcess customer account adjustments.\nMaintain updated pending collections and credit holds.\nMaintain and process check deposits.\nUpdate the system with payments received from customers.\nGenerate customer statements and management reports.\nNotify the Sales Department on pending short payments.\nMonitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.\nCollection of unpaid accounts-Sales Rep\nProcess NSF checks.\nOther duties as assigne\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree/Associate/College Certified in accounting or finance preferred (related studies and relevant experience considered)\nIntermediate knowledge of accounting principles preferred.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience with processing expense reports and calendar management.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nBilingual
