To support our digital transformation journey, we are creating a new role focused on digital enablement, platform optimization and workflow excellence.\nAs a Digital Transformation & Enablement Expert, you will help shape how branding and communications operate across a global organisation.Working closely with colleagues across branding, corporate communications, IT and business functions, you will improve digital platforms, optimise workflows and introduce scalable solutions that enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively.This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of digital enablement within Branding & Corporate Communications.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage and continuously improve key branding and corporate communications platforms, including Digital Asset Management systems, brand portals, content management systems and publishing environments. \nSupport and continuously improve digital workplace solutions within the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environment. \nDesign and optimise workflows, publishing processes and operational standards that improve efficiency, consistency and scalability. \nIdentify, evaluate and implement automation and AI-supported tools in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.Promote the responsible and practical adoption of emerging technologies across Branding & Corporate Communications. \n\nLead digital enablement initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption. \nDevelop training materials, governance documentation and self-service resources for users. \nAct as the key business liaison for selected platforms and systems, collaborating closely with IT and business teams.\nDevelop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that help stakeholders access, understand and utilise platform and operational data effectively.\nWork closely with branding, design, and corporate communications colleagues to support efficient content, asset-management and communication workflows. \nMain Requirements\nDegree in Business Information Systems, Digital Business, Communications Technology or a related discipline. \nExperience working with digital platforms, content management systems, Digital Asset Management solutions or workflow automation tools. \nPractical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. \nExperience implementing digital transformation, automation or AI-supported initiatives. \nStrong understanding of process optimization and workflow design. \nExperience working across communications, technology, and business functions. \nAbility to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. \nAbility to interpret data and reporting outputs and translate findings into practical recommendations and platform improvements. \nStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. \nAnalytical mindset combined with curiosity about emerging technologies and sound judgement about where they add value. \nUnderstanding of creative, content or corporate communications workflows is an advantage. \nFluent English;
