That's why we live different, play different.\nThe 2nd shift hours are Monday-Friday 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm. \nThe Technician Combo will be responsible for operating the stripping and punch press equipment, performs product inspections, identifies quality defects, completes basic machine troubleshooting, and supports production, safety, and 5S standards to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.\nWhat you’ll do as aTechnician Combo:\nReview with lead person work to be performed\nReview the work orders to determine materials required for the daily production\nComply with production documentation and standard operating procedures \nLoad, operate and perform basic trouble shooting and maintenance on stripper machines. \nTransfer stripped sheets to transfer cart and perform face and back inspection on strips per procedure. \nLoad, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on punch machines with strips in proper sequence. \nPerform deck inspection per written procedures. Identify and notify lead operator and/or supervisor of defects. Requires recording the defects in writing.\nEnsure that all component materials such as hanging tabs, tear tabs, tuck cases, cellophane and cartons are in adequate supply, loaded properly, and correct for each work order\nMaintain a neat and orderly work area, making sure that materials and equipment are in their correct place, that trash is cleared away, and that 5S standards are met\nUnderstand various quality levels and audit accordingly as different products are produced\nReject product that does meet qualifications and place in scrap container\nCoordinate the containment of defective product with team members\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.\nWe’re looking for a Technician Combo with:\nKnowledge\n1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience\n2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience\nSkills\n1. High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines\n2.
