A powerful purpose that drives social and interactive customer experiences with a human touch both online and in the physical world.\nThe Quality Inspector will support the Site operations in performing product inspections throughout the facility by ensuring all customer requirements are sufficient throughout the production lifecycle.\nWhat you’ll do as a Quality Inspector:\nInspect product and data collection for various processes (machines) based on intervals set forth by quality procedures.\nReport inspection findings (good vs bad) in the form of data entry, paper forms and email correspondence.\nPerform first article inspection (Display Check) and crate inspection report using Word and Excel\nAble to read and interpret Job Tickets and Manufacturing Plans\nAble to conduct testing based on documented procedures\nPerform incoming inspection against material specs to determine product compliance\nAssist Quality Supervisor with determining root cause for customer complaints during the investigation process\nFollow organizations safety guidelines\nCheck to make sure tools and equipment required to run a job are in place and being utilized, as well as within the calibration cycle\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists\nPerform accurate counts (inventory, samples)\nDay to day positive interaction with operators and supervisors, as well as various levels of management\nEffectively communicate and proactively address any product or process issues with operators/supervision, and follow up on corrections\nAssist the organization during ISO and other 3rdparty audits by answering to auditor questions\nAssist the organization with performing vendor sign offs (local vendors only)\nRecommend changes in SOP’s, production standards, and other actions that will improve operations based on floor experience\nAbility to train others\nWilling to self-teach, or attend workshops and seminars to obtain Quality Certifications to be able to advance\nWe’re looking for a Quality Inspector with:\nHigh School Diploma, Associates Degree a plus\n1 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing or printing environment\nCorrective action and internal audit experience a plus\nPhysical requirements/working conditions:\nOur manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space (climate controlled).
