The role also coordinates with other corporate priorities and projects.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview EPCM schedules for logic, critical path accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.\nValidate schedule updates and progress reporting against approved baselines.\nMonitor schedule risks and variances; escalate significant issues to the Senior Project Controls Manager.\nEnsure alignment of schedule reporting with financial forecasts and cash flow projections.\nPrepare summary dashboards and variance reports for management decision-making.\nParticipate in schedule review meetings with EPCM and internal stakeholders.\nCoordination of project schedules with overall corporate objectives.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent\nCertification in Project Planning or Scheduling (preferred)\n10+ years of experience, 5+ EPCM/Mining Project Assignments \nProficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, project management systems, and SharePoint.\nUnderstanding of EPCM project lifecycle and mining industry standards.\nAnalytical skills for schedule forecasting and scenario evaluation.\nCommunication and stakeholder engagement abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and enforce schedule governance processes.\n· Accurate and timely review of EPCM schedules and updates.\nBenefits\n All applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
