We provide the tools, support, and leadership development needed to help you successfully run your dealership and continue growing your career.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.\nDrive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.\nExecute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals.\nCoach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.\nProvide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.\nConduct regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProactive leadership.
