Quality Control objectives are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.\nIn long, you will:\nAbility to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback.\n\nIdentify trends of behavior and work to provide solutions.\n\nConfidently and effectively communicate to their leadership, both verbally and in writing.\n\nExcellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed documents and reports.\n\nFamiliarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business.\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.\n\nStrong critical thinking skills.\n\nExcellent time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and be self-motivated.\n\nAbility to collaborate with peers.\n\nEnjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement.\n\nAdaptable and flexible to change.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nThe Specifics.\nHigh School or GED required.\n\nExcellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.\n\nStrong attention to detail skills required.\n\nKnowledge of auto finance preferred.\n\nProficiency in excel preferred.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office.\n\nMust be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.
