Your New Role

As our Senior Manager Corporate, Partner and Custom Sales, you’ll be the lead for Corporate in the USA !. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to take a step to build a this new function for us in the USA, leveraging our Corporate and Custom models and success in Australia and other Global Markets.

From managing leads and supporting sales systems, to helping with client communications and data insights, you’ll play a hands-on role in a high-performing, values-led business. You'll be both hands-on and strategic to ensure our corporate customers receive a world-class experience, every time and our warehouse and custom team can help you deliver this experience.

Your Day to Day

• Leverage our leads and previous success in the USA (and Canada) to build a confident approach and pipeline.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead capture through to order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Increase the frank green corporate customer base.
• Assist with the execution of cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximise revenue, educating potential customers on product offerings.
• Plan and host premium live activation and experiences to bring the brand to life and extend sales opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Use Adobe Illustrator for basic visual or presentation requirements and customer artwork requirements.
• Stay one step ahead with competitive analysis and market insights.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, monitoring KPI's of pipeline, sales, customer data, order value, costs, fulfilment timelines etc,
• Partner with marketing and product teams to develop irresistible offers and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with other areas of the business where work loads and projects

Requirements

What You Need

• ESSENTIAL: 10+ years of experience in Corporate / Custom Sales (Premium Promotional Products - Client and Employee Gifting).
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across phone, email, and meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build B2B client relationships, support revenue growth, and close deals.
• Strong commercial acumen, numeracy, and the ability to support costing calculations and profitability analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Google Slides to develop compelling client presentations and proposals.
• Experience with using and developing CRM and sales support tools.
• Experience selling into the USA market.
• Experience in several sales contexts such as corporate gifting, retail partnerships, sustainability-led brands, premium products, or promotional products.
• Experience engaging with HR teams, PR teams and agencies, procurement teams, marketing leaders, retail buyers, clubs and community organizations, executive decision-makers, large corporate clients, event organisers, or wedding and party planners.
• Experience developing relationships with external promotional products agencies.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adobe Illustrator, and Asana is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
