As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.\nSummary:\nThe Mid-level Data Analyst will support survey and program data analysis, recurring/ad hoc reporting, data quality, system data support, charts/graphs/tables, and analysis of DES and SCAADL program performance.\nPersonnel are assigned in support of DHHQ in Falls Church, VA, but may work from the contractor facility or remotely when authorized.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions:\nDevelop, refine, and generate recurring and ad hoc reports using approved data analysis and reporting software to analyze large datasets from multiple sources.\nAnalyze DES and SCAADL program data to identify performance trends, population changes, timeliness, process outcomes, quality measures, and other program metrics.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports in accordance with established program requirements and deadlines.\nDevelop clear and accurate charts, graphs, tables, and statistical visualizations appropriate to the type and complexity of the data, including scatter plots and other advanced visualizations when appropriate.\nPrepare draft DES performance reports addressing population changes, phase and stage timeliness, process outcomes, special interest metrics, and other required measures.\nPrepare draft SCAADL performance reports and analyze historical enrollment and participation data to identify trends and support program reporting.\nMaintain and update the SCAADL Microsoft Access database and compile data received from Military Departments for analysis and reporting.\nAnalyze program data and reporting results and provide recommendations for process improvements based on identified trends and findings.\nSupport IDES satisfaction survey activities by gathering survey outcomes, analyzing results, and preparing reports, graphs, and recommendations for corrective actions.\nAssist with the development and modification of MEB, PEB, and Personnel survey instruments and related survey documentation.\nPull MEB and PEB cohorts from the Veteran’s Tracking Application (VTA) and review data for accuracy, completeness, and survey eligibility.\nMonitor data quality in program-related systems, identify data errors, and assist with tracking and resolving data quality issues.\nAssist with system data support activities, including drafting system change requests, supporting user acceptance testing, and identifying opportunities to improve system capabilities and performance.\nAssist with developing and maintaining business process documentation, reporting procedures, and user guidance for program-related systems and processes.\nCoordinate with Government personnel and other stakeholders to obtain, validate, and clarify data and reporting requirements.\nProvide other support as needed.\nQualifications\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and one or more analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Access, R, Python, or similar\nStrong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, information systems, business analytics, computer science, or a related field\n3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, statistical analysis, or reporting\nExperience working with large datasets and multiple data sources\nExperience developing reports, charts, graphs, tables, and data visualizations\nExperience performing data validation and identifying data-quality issues\nTier 1/non-sensitive, with the applicable DHA background investigation and suitability requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):\nFederal, DoD, DHA, healthcare, or military personnel data experience preferred\nPay and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
