This role will manage contract performance, staffing, schedule, cost, risk, reporting, invoicing, travel, and Other Direct Costs.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions:\nWill coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and Government program personnel\nOversee Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune warehouse operations\nEnsure the team is fully staffed and operational within 15 calendar days after award\nOversee the initial wall-to-wall inventory within 30 calendar days\nManage Government-furnished property accountability\nOversee GCSS-MC access and inventory processes; prepare organizational charts, monthly status reports, travel reports, meeting minutes, and other CDRLs\nSupport post-award and semiannual Program Management Reviews \nEnsure surge personnel are available within 30 calendar days after notice. \nMay perform other duties as needed\nQualifications\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nKnowledge and experience with GCSS-MC\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute\nMinimum 8 years, including 3 years managing logistics, warehouse, supply, property, or Government contracts \nLogistics, supply, warehouse, property, or contract-management experience\nExperience supervising personnel or managing Government contracts\nExperience managing multiple locations \nExperience with Government property, inventory accountability, risk management, invoicing, and performance reporting\nClearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance is required. Personnel may also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), installation access, and successfully complete a background investigation and suitability determination, as applicable\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification or any related certification \nPay and Benefits\nThe annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
