As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.\nSummary:\nProvides construction management oversight and project execution support for military healthcare facility projects.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions:\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. \nReview RFIs, submittals, and change requests. \nCoordinate with construction agents and stakeholders. \nSupport commissioning, turnover, and activation activities. \nParticipate in site visits and construction meetings. \nDevelop project status reports and executive briefings.\nQualifications\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \n5+ years of healthcare construction experience. \nExperience managing project schedules and construction documentation. \nMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nActive Secret Clearance preferred. \nPMP or CCM certification. \nNAVFAC construction experience. \nUSACE construction experience. \nHealthcare commissioning experience. \nExperience supporting hospital replacement programs. \nPrior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs. \nPay and Benefits\nThe annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000.\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
