As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.\nSummary:\nThe Research Program Coordinator supports planning, execution, coordination, tracking, and administration of hearing research studies, public health initiatives, regulatory activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts supporting military hearing health programs.\nWork location: Remote or Hybrid in Maryland\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions:\nCoordinate research and public health projects. \nMaintain schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking. \nSupport IRB submissions and regulatory compliance activities. \nCoordinate stakeholder meetings and communications. \nSupport participant recruitment and study logistics. \nMaintain project documentation and records. \nAssist with preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings. \nMonitor deliverables and contract performance requirements. \nSupport workforce planning and resource coordination. \nAssist with quality control and continuous improvement activities. \nQualifications\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills. \nPossess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. \nPossess excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\nMinimum two (2) years of project coordination experience\nU.S. Citizenship required. \nAbility to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination. \nAbility to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance if required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting federal healthcare, public health, or research programs. \nExperience supporting clinical research studies and human-subjects research. \nExperience coordinating IRB documentation and submissions. \nExperience supporting military medical treatment facilities. \nFamiliarity with hearing conservation, occupational health, or readiness programs. \nPMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification. \nExperience supporting geographically dispersed teams, hybrid work environments, remote operations, or nationwide field activities. \nPreferred candidates will have current or prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Hearing Center of Excellence (HCE), National Military Audiology and Speech Pathology Center (NMASC), Defense Centers for Public Health (DCPH), Military Health System (MHS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), military treatment facilities (MTFs), hearing conservation programs, auditory readiness initiatives, or other military health and public health programs.\nPay and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
