As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nProspecting and Lead Generation:\nIdentify and target fleets and semi-truck dealerships for potential business opportunities.\nConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.\nClient Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within fleets and semi-truck dealerships.\nUnderstand clients’ needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.\nSales Presentations and Negotiations:\nDeliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our asset disposition services and highlight their benefits.\nNegotiate terms and contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership with clients.\nCollaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:\nWork closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of asset disposition services.\nProvide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on client feedback and industry demands.\nAchieving Sales Targets:\nDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.\nTrack and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.\nStay Informed on Industry Regulations:\nStay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to asset disposition in the transportation sector.\nQualifications:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.\nProven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation industry.\nIndustry Knowledge:\nStrong understanding of the transportation industry, especially fleets and semi-truck dealerships.\nFamiliarity with asset disposition processes and challenges.\nCommunication Skills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
