Human Resources Supervisor

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient performance and task completion

• Handle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Manage employee relations and address employees’ inquiries, concerns, and requests

• Monitor attendance, leaves, personnel files, and other HR-related records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations

• Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant HR updates and insights

• Coordinate with different departments to address HR needs and ensure effective workforce management

• Contribute to developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 7-10 years of relevant HR experience, with previous supervisory experience

•  Good knowledge of HR functions, personnel, recruitment, and employee relations

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
