We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Operational Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of our services and help us continue our journey of growth, quality improvement and regulatory excellence.\nThis is a hands-on operational role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our Operational Director and Registered Manager, supporting service delivery, workforce management, quality assurance, compliance, recruitment and service development.\nIf play a key role in ensuring our services are safe, effective and responsive.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting the operational management of community care services\nLeading recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities\nManaging and supporting the Rota Coordinator and wider operational teams\nMonitoring service quality, compliance and governance activity\nSupporting safeguarding investigations and risk management processes\nMobilising new care packages and supporting business growth\nBuilding positive relationships with commissioners, professionals and partner organisations\nSupporting budget monitoring and operational performance\nHelping maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness across services\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who is organised, confident and solutions-focused.\nYou will ideally have:\nEssential Skills\nStrong organisational and time management abilities\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nExperience coordinating teams, services or operational activity\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nA commitment to high-quality, person-centred care\nUnderstanding of safeguarding and professional accountability\nDesirable Experience\nExperience within health, social care, community care or regulated services\nKnowledge of CQC standards and governance requirements\nExperience of workforce planning, scheduling or recruitment\nLine management or supervisory experience\nExperience working with commissioners, healthcare professionals or local authorities\nWhat We Offer\nAt NurtureCare, we
