2.仕事内容

ログラスのプロダクトマネジメントは、アウトカムの最大化を目指し、徹底的な一次情報の収集を通じて経営管理業務の本質的な課題を発見するディスカバリーの比重が大きいことが特徴です。

ビジネス・開発・運用の幅広い観点から課題に対して仮説の言語化を行い、デザイナーやエンジニアをはじめ、社内の様々なステークホルダーと協働しながら開発を推進することが求められます。

入社後はスキルやご経験に応じて、フィーチャーチーム（特定領域を担うスクラムチーム）のPdM、複数のプロダクトチームの横断リード、新規事業のPdMなどの役割を担っていただきたいと考えております。

具体的な業務内容

  • プロダクトビジョン・ロードマップの策定
  • ユーザーの抱える課題解決のための企画立案
  • 新機能開発および機能改善におけるプロダクトマネジメント業務
  • エンジニア/デザイナーと連携した開発ディレクション
  • 課題設定、仮説検証、プロダクト分析
  • ビジネス部門と連携してマーケティング戦略の実行

3.スキル・経験

MUST

  • プロダクトマネージャーとしての実務経験（SaaS領域やBtoBプロダクト以外でも構いません）
    • ユーザーの情報を獲得するために必要なリサーチを実施し、一次情報を収集した経験
    • 解決すべき課題の設定と解き方の優先順位付けを実施した経験
    • プロダクト開発チーム内外のステークホルダーを巻き込んだリーダーシップスキル、コミュニケーションスキル

WANT

  • 業務要件の本質を捉え、SaaSプロダクトとしてシステム仕様を議論できる能力
  • NSM（North Star Metric）やKPI目標を策定し、開発チームのリードを務めた経験
  • アジャイルソフトウェア開発への理解とスクラム等の実践経験
  • プロダクトのグロースに伴うシステムのスケールを考慮したシステム設計や技術選定の経験、またはそれに類する経験
  • 経営管理・EPM領域向けSaaSやBtoBソフトウェア製品のプロダクトマネジメントや導入コンサルティング、設計開発経験
