weaknesses while partnering closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in QA Automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript for developing automation scripts and test frameworks, with hands-on experience with Playwright.\n\nStrong understanding of testing best practices, test strategy, software development lifecycles, and modern QA methodologies.\n\nHands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments such as Docker.\n\nPrevious experience in fintech, financial services, payments, banking, or other financial technology environments is highly preferred, particularly where accuracy, reliability, security, and data integrity are critical.\n\nStrong verbal English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and availability to work and collaborate effectively with distributed teams during EST (Eastern Standard Time)
