The Enterprise Training Specialist aids and meets previous, current, and future training demands.\nEssential Job Duties\nProvide virtual and/or on-site trainings with new agent partners and their employees during onboarding phase (e.g., agent portal, Driver360, eRIGS, reports, etc.)\nConduct periodic check-ins with agent partners to monitor their success as part of ENOC and answer any questions they may have; build trust and good will\nUtilize Training software products for conducting certain work-related efforts\nStrive for personal continuous improvement by staying up to date with software programs, training trends, and incorporating exciting new solutions\nProvide support to Drivers and Agents having difficulty with systems and settlements\nContinuously improve training programs and develop new offerings\nConduct periodic check-ins with agent partners to monitor their success as part of ENOC and answer any questions they may have; build trust and good will\nMaintain knowledge and awareness of software programs to be able to effectively train others on proper usage \nPerform system demonstrations to “sell” ENOC as the “right choice” to potential agent partners\nAssist/troubleshoot with drivers having difficulty with systems and/or technology\nDirect, produce, and edit video and/or written content (e.g., sales, per diem, brokerage, how to videos, promotional videos, vlog style videos, agent recruitment videos, employee recruitment videos, spotlight videos, etc.)\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development/Training, or similar, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience\n3+ years of Customer Service experience\n1+ years of experience in a Training and Development role\nLearning Management Systems (LMS)\nMicrosoft Office 365\nRobust problem-solving ability\nAbility to build rapport and relate well with others\nExcellent public speaking skills\nStrategic thinking, analysis, and planning skills\nExceptional people skills and demonstrated ability to develop/coach/mentor\nStrong conflict management skills, ability to uncover hidden issues, de-escalate conflicts \nMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations within ENOC\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWillingness and ability to travel on a quarterly basis as needed up-to 30%\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in transportation/logistics industry\nTMS experience \nWhy The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) is Different\nAt ENOC, we’re more than a workplace-we’re a family.
