Today, we are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.\nThrustMe is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our Engineering Team, with strong skillsets on the entire engineering cycle, from conceptual design until qualification.\nIn this role, you will tackle challenging problems in the design and validation of propulsion systems, where components must deliver both high performance and reliability, while operating in the extreme space conditions.\nYou will be at the heart of our product development cycle performing rigorous cycles of design, simulation, and testing following the agile development method.\nAs part of the Engineering Team, you are going to be at the intersection of cutting-edge research and industrialization, transforming conceptual prototypes into flight-ready systems that will shape the future of space propulsion.\nMain tasks and responsibilities\nDesign and release drawings of mechanical components for propulsion systems, both prototypes and flight-ready systems, ensuring integration of structural, electronics, thermal and fluidics subsystems.\n\nPerform structural, thermal and vibrational analysis for space operating environments.\n\nPlan, execute and document tests for system qualification.\n\nTransform prototypes into scalable designs suitable for further industrialization.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross functional teams.\n\nRequired skills and qualifications\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nStrong background in design execution and end-to-end development\n\nStrong efficiency in CAD and CAE tools (Solidworks, ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, or similar).\n\n* We understand that no candidate is likely to meet every single requirement.
