Today, we are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.\nAs a Mission Success Engineer (M/F) at ThrustMe, you will be responsible for management of the technical relationship with the clients that arise after hardware delivery. You are the point of contact for any client-related inquiry relating to the products they use, the products performance, and any points not directly related to operations or hardware integration.\nYou will work within the Space Missions team, ensuring the clients are taking care of from the moment they receive the hardware and throughout the lifetime of the product. \nMain tasks and responsibilities:\nManagement of technical client relationships.\n\nIndependently answer technical client requests.\n\nRepresent the internal experts, ensure the right people on both sides are present to effectively solve issues.\n\nUnderstand the technical issues and solutions found, document them for internal and external use.\n\nSetup processes and feedback loops with clients using the product, ensuring continued improvement.\n\nEnsuring continued client satisfaction.\n\nEvaluate fleet performance, track agreed-upon performance metrics with clients.\n\nRequired skills and qualifications:\n\nMaster’s degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, or similar.\n\n4+ years of experience in a similar role, or as a systems engineer.\n\nStrong fundamentals, allowing understanding of satellite and propulsion system integration, inner-workings, and practical use-cases.\n\nStrong communicator, ability to put the technical language into words for higher level audiences.\n\nCommunicates in English fluently.
