We are therefore looking for a Reliability & Failure Analysis Engineer (M/F) to join our Production Engineering team.\nEvery propulsion system manufactured at ThrustMe undergoes rigorous testing before delivery. Most units pass successfully through our industrial process. When they do not, we need someone capable of understanding why. As a Reliability & Failure Analysis Engineer (M/F), you will be responsible for investigating non-conformities, identifying root causes, supporting corrective actions, and helping improve both our products and our manufacturing processes.\nYou will work at the intersection of production, engineering, quality and product development.\nYour responsibilities:\nInvestigate space propulsion systems that exhibit anomalous behavior during testing\n\nDevelop and execute diagnostic test campaigns to identify root causes\n\nAnalyze telemetry, test data and manufacturing records\n\nLead technical investigations and failure reviews\n\nCoordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)\n\nSupport repair, rework and recovery activities\n\nIdentify recurring trends and reliability risks\n\nContribute to yield improvement\n\nBuild and maintain investigation and reliability databases\n\nYour profile:\nMaster's degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Space propulsion, Physics, Electronics or Mechanics or any related field\n\nMore than 10 years experience, ideally in space industry or any other high-tech industries\n\nYou enjoy solving difficult technical problems.\n\nYou are naturally curious and persistent.
