You will ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards expected by our customers and the space industry.\nThis is a unique opportunity to build the quality function of a rapidly growing industrial company and play a key role in scaling one of Europe's leading space technology companies.\nYour responsibilities:\nBuild and lead ThrustMe's Quality function by bringing together Quality Assurance and Quality Control under one unified function.\n\nEstablish company-wide quality processes, standards and a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nLead customer and supplier quality activities, including audits, quality reviews and issue resolution.\n\nDrive product and manufacturing improvements through root cause analysis, CAPA and quality performance monitoring.\n\nPrepare the company for future quality certifications and support the development of a scalable Quality Management System.\n\nYour profile:\nMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or another relevant technical discipline.\n\nStrong experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Management (more than 8 years) within a manufacturing or high-technology industry.\n\nProven experience leading quality teams and implementing quality systems in a growing organization.\n\nStrong background in customer quality, supplier quality and audit management.\n\nExperience with continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis and CAPA.\n\nExperience in aerospace, space, automotive, medical devices or another high-reliabilitiy industry is a strong advantage.\n\nWHY JOIN THRUSTME?\nJoining ThrustMe means joining a company where innovation moves from the laboratory to orbit.
