Clear and effective communication presentation and relationship skills are essential.\nThis role will give you the opportunity to travel and work at various customers sites across the globe meeting new people learning about new cultures while doing your job.\nResponsibilities\nImplement and install solutions on the customers test and production environments.\nWork onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues.\nAct positively and respond promptly to the customers requests/tickets.\nPrepare review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.\nConduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits to customer sites physically or remotely.\nDocument customer problems and resolutions.\nPerform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.\nConduct Product Training onsite and remotely.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors Degree in computer science /Comp. Engineering/Information Systems or otherwise have a proven experience in the support and implementation domain.\nMust have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nMust be able to work independently under pressure in customer environment.\nMust be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.\nMust be presentable and self-confident.\nExcellent communication skills.\nExcellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.\nMust have previous experience in similar capacity while working at customer site.\nIdeal candidate shall possess strong technical skills and experience in at least four of the following items in the last 2 years:Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL Server. installation/configuration/troubleshooting.\nApplication/container deployment in Linux environment.\nApplication deployment in AWS AZURE cloud environments.\nIIS and Web applications configuration/troubleshooting.\nExperience in developing test scripts tools.\nTroubleshooting and simulating Restful and SOAP web services.\nExperience in gathering requirements and conducting end user acceptance testing.\nKnowledge / hands on experience in coding (C# C .NET JavaScript).\n\nAdditional Information: \nExperience in one or more of below is a plus:\nCertification in AWS/Azure/Docker/Kubernetes.\nSQL scripting especially T-SQL and PL/SQL.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle DB2 DBMS.\nDatabase tuning and optimization.\nPowerShell scripting.\nExperience in Financial industry (banking).\nGood Academic Record.\n\nRemote Work: \nNo\n\nEmployment Type:
