This role emphasizes UI design execution, cross-functional collaboration, and production-ready visuals, with an additional requirement for form design, RTL interface support, and vector asset creation.\nSuccess in this role hinges on your ability to translate complex requirements into user-centred interfaces that are both functional and visually refined, all while leveraging the latest design tools and AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate and elevate outcomes.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nDesign intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.\nBuild and manage component libraries and design systems in Figma.\nDesign User Interfaces that not only address current requirements but also account for potential future requirements, elegantly and with scale.\nCreate rapid prototypes to validate the design approaches.\nDesign for Arabic (RTL) interfaces, ensuring accurate mirroring, alignment, and cultural nuances.\nCreate vector-based assets such as icons, graphical elements using Adobe Illustrator.\nDesign structured, fillable PDF and web-based forms with a focus on usability, clarity, and visual flow.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.\nClearly present and explain design concepts and rationale in team and stakeholder reviews.\nEnsure designs meet responsiveness, accessibility and performance standards.\nStay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and design system practices-including AI-enhanced workflows.\n 3+ years of professional UI design experience, including mobile, web, and form-based UI.\nExpert-level skills in Figma, including auto-layout, variants, design libraries, and prototyping.\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with strong vector asset creation experience.\nExperience designing RTL (Arabic) user interfaces with accurate mirroring and typographic alignment.\nAbility to understand product strategy and convert it into actionable design tasks\nStrong portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive, and accessible UI design.\nSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and basic front-end structure (HTML/CSS).\nHighly initiative, along with the ability to work with minimal oversight, and capability to multitask.\nStrong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders are essential.\nAbility to design both PDF and web-based forms.\nSkills and Experience\nThe ideal candidate brings:\nExpert-level proficiency in Figma.\nHands-on Adobe Creative Suite skills.\nExperience designing for English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) and bilingual interfaces.\nStrong mobile and responsive UI work.\nCreation of vector-based assets (e.g., icons, illustrations).\nAbility to design both PDF and web-based forms.\nDesirable skills:\nExperience with Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools for animated UI illustrations and micro-interactions.\nFamiliarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or animation plugins for Figma.\nKnowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular for improved developer collaboration.\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and coding environments (e.g., VS Code)\nA collaborative team player willing to assist colleagues through brainstorming, reviews, and knowledge sharing.\nAbility to analyse complex workflows and simplify them into intuitive experiences.\nFamiliarity in front-end languages including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with AI-enhanced design processes (e.g., generative AI for ideation and UI drafts)\nExperience working in an agile development environment.\nExperience with animation or rich visuals is a bonus.\n Please
