This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set creative direction and execute it.\nYou will work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership to translate brand strategy into consistent visual systems and compelling storytelling across every public-facing surface.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and evolve 0G's brand identity, including typography, color, imagery, motion, and illustration\n\nBuild and maintain a scalable brand system: guidelines, templates, and reusable components for use across teams\n\nEnsure brand consistency across web, social, events, content, and presentations\n\nTranslate brand and marketing strategy into clear visual systems and narrative-driven creative\n\nLead creative development for product launches, campaigns, community activations, and ecosystem events\n\nDesign or direct social graphics, video content, website updates, keynote decks, and event collateral\n\nPartner with leadership on narrative and positioning, contributing to how the story is shaped rather than only how it is produced\n\nManage and direct external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed\n\nRequirements\nSenior-level experience in brand design, brand communications, or creative direction\n\nExperience at a leading brand agency or a globally recognized company\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaign creative, storytelling, and high-quality visual execution across both digital and physical formats\n\nProven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to brand narrative and strategy\n\nComfortable working at pace in a startup environment with shifting priorities\n\nFluent in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)\n\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in consumer-facing or growth-focused brand work\n\nBackground in crypto, AI, or developer-focused products\n\nMotion design, 3D, or video direction capability\n\nExperience supporting PR, event marketing, or integrated campaigns\n\nWhat we offer\nPurpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good\n\nGrowth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career\n\nCompensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens\n\nIn addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
