You will take company priorities and turn them into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes-then stay close to execution to make sure things actually get done.\nYou will work across multiple functions. You should be comfortable understanding priorities, translating context clearly, identifying blockers early, and proactively driving teams toward resolution.\nBecause we operate as a distributed team, strong remote communication is essential. You should know how to create clarity without relying on constant meetings-documenting decisions, communicating context asynchronously, following up proactively, and making sure stakeholders know what they own and what happens next.\nThis is not a role where you simply maintain project trackers or schedule meetings. We are looking for someone with strong ownership who will actively identify gaps, follow up on commitments, challenge unclear priorities, and help teams execute more effectively.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion across business, product, engineering, and other teams\n\nTranslate company priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes\n\nEstablish effective operating rhythms for a distributed team, including project updates, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation processes\n\nCoordinate closely with engineering and business teams to ensure priorities, requirements, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understood\n\nDocument important context, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines so teams can move forward without unnecessary meetings\n\nProactively identify blockers, risks, and misalignment, and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact delivery\n\nFollow up on commitments and ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams\n\nSupport company- and team-level OKR and KPI setting, tracking, and review\n\nBuild dashboards, trackers, and reporting processes that give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and performance\n\nFacilitate focused cross-functional meetings when real-time discussion is needed, and ensure every discussion translates into clear decisions and next steps\n\nHelp improve internal processes, workflows, documentation, and communication as the company scales\n\nIdentify areas where teams are operating inefficiently or where ownership is unclear, and proactively propose improvements\n\nCommunicate project status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and relevant stakeholders\n\nTake on high-priority operational and strategic projects as business needs evolve\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nApproximately 4-7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, PMO, or a similar cross-functional role\n\nProven experience independently driving complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders\n\nStrong project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, and execution tracking\n\nExperience working closely with product and/or engineering teams\n\nExperience with OKRs, KPIs, performance tracking, or business review processes\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nStrong experience working in remote or distributed teams, with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively without relying on constant synchronous meetings\n\nStrong written communication and documentation habits, with the ability to summarize complex discussions into clear decisions, owners, and next steps\n\nComfortable coordinating across functions and time zones and proactively following up when communication stalls\n\nHighly proactive and comfortable pushing for clarity, surfacing issues, and holding stakeholders accountable\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change quickly\n\nAble to operate independently without waiting for detailed instructions\n\nFluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Chinese is a plus\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience at a startup, scale-up, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or other technology company\n\nExperience building project-management and communication processes for distributed teams\n\nExperience coordinating between Chinese-speaking engineering teams and English-speaking business stakeholders\n\nExperience building project management or operating processes from the ground up\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration and project-management platforms\n\nConsulting or strategy experience is a plus, but not required\n\nWhat we offer\nPurpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good\n\nGrowth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career\n\nCompensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens\n\nIn addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
