You should have at least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field, a strong understanding of financial markets, and a passion for DeFi.\nMissions\nStrategically own the product area, including the existing trading APIs and new initiatives, by developing and executing the product roadmap.\nUtilize customer feedback, internal data, and market insights to inform product decisions and drive product development.\nCollaborate closely with engineering leads, go-to-market teams, and leadership to ensure successful product launches and adoption.\nProfil recherché\n - 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output\n- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe\n- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands\n- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue\n- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar\n- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation.
