This position will be responsible for working with the Director of Social Media, PR and brand marketing teams to develop and implement social media strategies and influencer marketing programs for Kobrand Corporation’s portfolio of fine wines and spirits. All candidates must be highly motivated, dynamic, talented and experienced professionals with proven project management skills. They also should have a very strong work-ethic, extensive social media knowledge, and excellent writing skills. Experience in a digital agency or in-house Social Media Department and interest in the wine industry are essentials.\nResponsibilities\nThe duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):\nSocial Media & Content\nSupport social media strategies across multiple brands, including creating, writing, scheduling, and publishing engaging, on-brand content\nMaintain content calendars, coordinate creative assets, and monitor social channels while engaging with consumers, influencers, and media\nInfluencer Marketing & Events\nResearch and coordinate influencer partnerships, including mailers, product shipments, giveaways, and event invitations\nAssist with event content capture and real-time social coverage as needed\nTrends, Analytics & Operations\nMonitor social media trends, competitors, audience preferences, and platform updates to identify opportunities to improve performance\nAssist with social media reporting, budgets, invoices, vendor documentation, and digital content management, including usage rights and approvals\nEnsure content follows brand standards and alcohol beverage compliance guidelines\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or related field\nMinimum of 1-year professional experience in social media\nHighly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects\nOutstanding verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively, and on-brand, with consumers\nIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their use\nSavvy and knowledgeable about current social media best practices and innovations\nKnowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools including Meta, SproutSocial, Later, Google Analytics, and other digital tools\nBasic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs\nSocial Media Influencer connections, ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment of a growing fine wine company\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times\nKobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000 and $60,000.
