You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve in busy retail environments, working to ensure all displays and products are fully functional and compliant to client briefs following each visit.\nYou will be an integral part to our team ensuring the delivery of excellent levels of service and providing seamless customer experiences.\nOccasional weekend work may be required to support client needs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.\nWhat you will do:\nRepair and maintain client fixtures and products in store\nInstallation and removal of POS\nComplete all maintenance visits within agreed project timelines\nReview weekly schedule for route planning efficiencies\nUpdating all systems required for the project\nComplete detailed, timely and accurate site compliance audits\nMaintain the company vehicle, completing all vehicle checks\nBuilding and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally\nActing as an ambassador for and proactively promoting the business\nWhat you will need:\nA Full UK Driving License - with at least two years experience and no more than 6 points (for insurance purposes)\nStrong organisation, customer service skills and attention to detail\nThe ability to work unsupervised and problem solve in a busy environment\nKnowledge and experience of Retail installations/maintenance, such as Point of sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) is useful but not essential as full training will be provided\nDue to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license is required and applications with no license cannot be considered.\nEqual Opportunities:\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
